AIRS Launches Free Monthly Sourcing Report for Recruitment Industry

AIRS, a company of The RightThing and the leader in recruitment training, technology and outsourcing, has launched AIRS Sourcing Report, a free monthly report with tips, techniques and new technologies to help recruiters find the best talent online.
Complementary to AIRS training courses, AIRS Sourcing Report article topics focus on tips and techniques for helping companies find passive and active candidates through social networks, unique search strings, professional organization websites, college websites and more.
The inaugural issue includes:                                   

–Global Searching Techniques;                                   

–Yahoo! Sourcing Tips; and                                   

–New Google Toolbar Features.

“AIRS Sourcing Report offers the recruitment industry a valuable tool and serves as a stepping stone to building an efficient and successful workforce,” said Laura Stoker, senior director of AIRS Training.  “Researchers at AIRS spend a large amount of time scouring the Internet for new ways to find talent.  We wanted to share the most groundbreaking tips with recruiters, so that they can stay up-to-date with the latest sourcing trends.”

Authored by Kelly Dingee, a technical writer and sourcing researcher for AIRS, the report will be distributed on the second Thursday of every month and sent in PDF format to AIRS alumni, clients and other recruiting professionals.  Dingee has worked in the recruitment arena for more than 10 years and was a long-time AIRS alum prior to joining the company in January 2008.
